The Challenge
Balancing a substantial commercial building with an approachable street presence requires careful attention to scale, materials and branding, while bringing its different elevations into a consistent architectural language.
The visual challenge lies in unifying broad wall surfaces, horizontal glazing and prominent ground level openings. Each element needs to sit comfortably within the composition, allowing the signage to remain clear while introducing texture and interest along the building’s frontage.

The solution
Cream façade panels establish a clean backdrop for the ResMed identity, while warm brickwork grounds the building. A continuous band of glazing connects the elevations, bringing reflection and depth to the exterior.
Tropical planting softens the meeting between the building and street, complementing the warmth of the brickwork. Above, the regular panel joints and recessed openings give the façades a measured rhythm. The combination of solid surfaces, reflective glass and clear signage creates a cohesive commercial presence, with architectural detail that remains legible from both close and distant viewpoints.
